The TecRec Tec Sidemount Diver course develops the base equipment-related motor skills and underlying knowledge for the use of sidemount in technical diving. Developed for maximum flexibility, the Tec Sidemount Diver course addresses a wide range of divers. As a Tec Sidemount Instructor, with this course you will be able to offer relevant training to those with neither tec nor sidemount experience who want to use sidemount as they enter tec diving, those who are already experienced backmount open-circuit tec divers and want to switch to sidemount, and those in between.

Be a renewed PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (or a PADI Instructor with a higher rating). 2. Be a PADI Enriched Air Instructor, or have successfully completed a PADI Enriched Air Instructor training course. 3.
